Health Research, Inc (HRI), a not-for-profit corporation, seeks Quality Improvement Consultants who will join a well-established and highly regarded team of public health professionals that comprises the Center for Quality Improvement and Innovation (CQII). The consultant will be responsible for coaching Ryan White Program-funded recipients across the United States to build their capacity to conduct quality improvement projects,
The consultant will identify opportunities for improvement based on the recipient’s data. The consultant is also expected to participate on monthly calls with CQII, submit documentation on monthly coaching activities and report them in an on-line database; and provide support to programs that participate in CQII national quality improvement collaboratives.
Candidates must have relevant experience in the management of health/human services and/or regulatory programs and in the operation or oversight of quality management programs in a public health setting. The individuals should be knowledgeable in the processes of quality improvement/management facilitation; and team building; capacity building of clinical providers; developing, implementing, and evaluating Ryan White funded HIV/AIDS programs; providing on-site consultation; experience with QM policy; mentoring multi-disciplinary teams; and have strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
