NIH has issued NOT-OD-17-003 which addresses stipend levels, training related expenses, institutional allowance, and tuition/fees for Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Awards.  The postdoctoral stipend levels for FY 2017 have been adjusted. All FY 2017 awards previously issued using FY2016 stipend levels will be revised to adjust stipends to the FY 2017 level.
