Corporate Controller’s Office

Controllers OfficeThe Corporate Controller’s Office is responsible for accurately and efficiently managing the accounting, financial reporting, payroll and operational functions of the Corporation.  The Office ensures that all activity and reporting is completed in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, generally accepted accounting principles, federal guidelines and applicable laws.

Accounting
Ensures GAAP, Uniform Guidance and grant specific requirements are adhered to; accurate and timely financial reporting to sponsors; accurate reporting of financial position and corporate tax returns.

Payroll
Ensures accurate and timely payments to employees; high standard of customer service; manages time and effort certifications and allocation of payroll in accordance with federal guidelines; tax reporting requirements are met.

Operations
Ensures internal, federal, state and sponsor policies and guidelines are met for Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Travel; provides a high level of customer service to programs and external clients.
