The HRI Information Systems Department is a motivated, skilled and creative team of professionals that empowers HRI employees and clients. The team delivers and maintains solutions that are dependable, innovative and reliable.
The department supports and maintains the applications, servers and networks used by HRI staff in the Albany and Roswell Park Divisions. In addition, the team provides services directly to Principal Investigators and administrators through its support of the Reporting, Purchasing and Time and Effort systems.
System Administrators support an array of systems. Network Administrators replace and configure equipment and networks in multiple locations. Quality Control personnel review and respond to events while following industry standard development processes for continual improvement. Application Developers improve or create new systems while working in mixed environments.
