NIH has released NOT-OD-17-119 to inform the biomedical and health services research communities that the application guide  has been updated for use with grant applications due on or after January 25, 2018.  The instructions will be used in conjunction with application form packages identified with a competition ID of “FORMS-E.” Please see the notice for a summary of the relevant changes.
