HRI would like to inform you of the following changes within Human Resources:
Recruitment Unit:
Scott Mathews and Matt Waskovics will assume lead roles in the area of recruitment. Scott and Matt have both been tremendous assets to HRI in their ability to meet Program areas’ ever-changing recruitment and staffing needs, and in their expanded roles they will work towards strengthening HR’s ability to provide expertise, guidance, and efficiency to Programs in order to fulfill the shared goal of meeting grant deliverables. Programs may continue to contact Scott and Matt regarding recruitments, as well as promotion requests.
Sarah Zalewski joined the HR recruitment team in the Fall of 2015. She provides assistance Scott and Matt in support of the recruitment unit, and she is the main point of contact regarding mandatory employee trainings.

Benefits Unit:
Lindsay Daly will take the lead in the benefits unit. She has been a great resource to HRI employees in the area of benefits and leave administration since coming to HRI in 2014, and will continue to ensure that HR complies with the appropriate state and federal mandates while providing employees with timely information and assistance in regards to benefits enrollment, FMLA, reasonable accommodations and Workers’ Compensation.
Rob Epstein began working for HRI at the Wadsworth Center’s Management Services Office in 2000 and in early 2015, he joined HR’s benefits team as a Benefits Administrator. He will continue to assist employees with benefits enrollments, FMLA and Workers’ Compensation.
We would also like to introduce HR’s newest staff person, Nina Hallenbeck. Nina will be providing assistance to Lindsay Daly and Rob Epstein in support of the benefits unit. We are very happy to have her on board.
