After more than 18 years of service with HRI, Carol Bailey is retiring from her position as Corporate Director of Human Resources effective January 29. Her expertise, guidance and dedication have been invaluable to HRI Human Resources and to the Corporation, and we wish her well in the next chapter of her life. While all of us are sad to see Carol leave, HRI is happy to announce the following staffing changes within the Human Resources Department:
Effective February 1, Marianne Castelot will step into her new role as Corporate Director of Human Resources. Marianne joined HRI in 2008 and has been the Assistant Director of Human Resources since 2013. We are confident that under Marianne’s leadership, HRI Human Resources will continue to grow and evolve in order to best meet the needs of the Corporation, the various Program areas, and all of the employees of HRI.
Karissa Benner will take Marianne’s place as Assistant Director of Human Resources. Karissa has been with HRI since 2004. She has held positions in HR in both the benefits and recruitment units, and currently serves as the Benefits Manager.
