Dear PIs and Administrators,

Over a year ago, HRI completed the first phase of its transition to a new business system, which involved the migration of its Payroll and Human Resources systems to the new system. Since the completion of phase 1, HRI has been working in preparation to migrate our core financial data to that same business system. We are now ready to complete this important second phase and want to give you advance notice of the temporary impact this migration will have on our operations.

The good news is that this migration will not impact HRI’s time sheet system, TRECS, the Electronic Purchase Requisition System (EPRS), or the Sub PO system. HRI will continue to accept, review, and submit grant applications during the business system downtime. If you have questions regarding your account balances you may refer to your last Monthly Account Summary (MAS) for month ending 7/31/16.
