Dear PIs and Administrators,
As mentioned in an earlier update, there have been problems emailing Grants.gov (SF 424 R&R Forms-D) applications from DOH to HRI. ITS has provided us with a workaround; it has been tested and confirmed that it does not negatively impact the submission and validation of applications at grants.gov.
If you’re planning to submit an application which utilizes the SF 424 R&R Forms D, you must follow the attached instructions when emailing your application to HRI. Also, please ensure (now!) that you have 7-Zip installed on your workstation. Go to your Start Menu (lower left corner) and in the Search box type in “7-Zip”. You should see “7-Zip File Manager” appear in the results. If you do not have it installed, please create a ticket in ITSM at https://nysitsm.service-now.com/.
