The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) at Health Research, Inc. facilitates sponsored research application submissions and provides assistance with all post award activities. OSP serves as a liaison between scientists, administrators, and the sponsors to convey and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, policies and procedures. As the central resource for all external inquiries, OSP is committed to providing efficient, effective and personal support services to principal investigators, administrators, and the sponsor, including the following:ยท
- Proposal review and submission
- Examination, interpretation and adherence to federal, state, and private foundation rules and regulations to safeguard sponsored research
- Negotiation, execution and daily administration of grant awards and contracts
- Assistance with budget and budget forecasts
- Account establishment and monitoring
Response to and execution of post award requirements and activities
Managing Conflicts of Interest in Research Policy
It is the policy of Health Research, Inc. to maximize adherence to ethical principles and promote objectivity in research by establishing standards of conduct and procedures to eliminate any conflict of interest that would directly and significantly affect the design, conduct or reporting of research.
