Health Research, Inc. (HRI) and the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), Health, Wealth and Wellbeing Unit are offering funding for up to twenty (20) individuals or organizations to serve as consultants in a new Community of Practice. Consultants will share their insights and community perspectives to help shape future strategies and initiatives aimed at advancing community wealth building and improving health outcomes across New York State. Selected consultants will each receive up to $6,723 for participating during the contract period of November 1, 2025 to November 30, 2027.
